Agreement to Terms
By using Road Rally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the app.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Road Rally. If you're under 13, do not continue app setup. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Passenger-Only Safety
The driver must not operate Road Rally. A passenger should hold and control the device. Stop playing whenever the activity could distract the driver or make travel unsafe, and obey all applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
Use Road Rally for lawful group entertainment and respect the people playing with you.
- Keep gameplay friendly and appropriate for your group.
- Do not use the app to harass, threaten, or expose private information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app or circumvent purchase controls.
- Do not copy or redistribute protected app content except where the law permits.
Game and User Content
Questions, prompts, trivia, and other game content are provided for entertainment. Some content may not suit every group, and factual content may contain errors. Use your judgment about what to play and report a problem through Support.
You are responsible for names, stories, answers, and other content you enter. Do not enter another person's sensitive or private information.
Your Data
Player profiles, settings, active-game session metadata, and recent game history are stored locally on your device and may be affected by your platform backup settings. Premium purchase and entitlement information is processed separately by your platform's app store and RevenueCat, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Premium Features
Road Rally Premium is offered as a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the Premium games identified in the app. Your platform's store displays the current price and purchase details before confirmation.
- Purchases and restores are associated with your platform store account and governed by that store's terms.
- Refund requests and eligibility are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
- Restoring on another compatible device generally requires the same platform and store account.
- A completed one-time purchase remains a one-time purchase. Existing lifetime purchasers retain access to the Premium games included with their purchase.
The App Is Provided As Is
To the extent permitted by law, Road Rally is provided for entertainment without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that every item of game content is accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Updates and Changes
We may update the app and these terms. A material terms update will use a new version and require acceptance in the app. Any change to Road Rally Premium will continue to honor the access rights of existing lifetime purchasers.
Intellectual Property
Cyber Craft Solutions LLC claims rights only in Road Rally branding, software, design, and game content for which it has verified ownership. Third-party names, titles, fonts, and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their inclusion does not claim ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or any broader permission than an applicable license or law provides. These terms do not prevent conduct that applicable law expressly allows.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cyber Craft Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Road Rally. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
