Include your platform, Road Rally version, the game name, and a short description of what happened. Do not email payment-card details, passwords, raw receipts, or private gameplay entries.
Purchase or restore help
Open Road Rally Settings and choose Restore Purchase while signed in to the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the original lifetime purchase. A network connection and store availability are required.
If verified access is still missing, email support before purchasing again. Refund eligibility is handled by Apple or Google under the store's policies.
Report content
Send the game name, visible content ID when available, and one reason: wrong, duplicate, unsafe, outdated, or unfun. Avoid including player names, answers, stories, or other private group content.
Passenger safety
The driver must not hold or operate Road Rally. Stop playing whenever the activity could distract the driver or make travel unsafe.
