1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Cyber Craft Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe in minimal data collection - we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information unless explicitly stated below.

2. Applications & Software

Our applications and software products are designed to keep data on the device whenever practical:

• Local by Default: Preferences, saved content, settings, and scan results remain on the device unless a feature-specific exception is disclosed below.
• Limited Service Requests: Features such as subscription validation or a form you submit may send the minimum information needed to provide that feature.
• No Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or analytics services.
• No Location Tracking: We do not track your location.
• No Advertising IDs: We do not use IDFA, AAID, or any advertising identifiers.
• Biometric Data: If an app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint/FaceID), this is handled entirely by your device's OS. We receive only a success/fail signal and never access your actual biometric data.

2A. Browser Extensions (AI Chat Shield)

AI Chat Shield is a Chrome browser extension developed by Cyber Craft Solutions LLC. This section describes how it handles your data.

What It Accesses

AI Chat Shield uses Chrome's management API to read installed extension metadata: extension names, IDs, version numbers, permission declarations, and install sources. This information is used to calculate a capability-exposure score and explain which access deserves review.

What It Does NOT Access

• Browsing history, page content, or AI conversation text
• Keystrokes, cookie values, or authentication tokens
• The content script identifies a supported AI platform by host and path pattern only. It sends the background worker a platform identifier, not the page URL or conversation identifier.

Where Data Is Stored

Scan results, exposure scores, settings, scan history, and activity history are stored locally on your device through Chrome's local extension storage. No scan result, extension inventory, page content, or browsing history is uploaded by the consumer extension.

Released version 1.1.1 may store the Pro email and status in Chrome Sync. Version 1.2.0 migrates that value to local-only storage and removes the legacy Sync copy.

Optional Pro Subscription Validation

If you choose to activate Pro, the email address you enter is sent over HTTPS to api.craftedcybersolutions.com. The validator uses it to ask Stripe whether an active AI Chat Shield subscription exists and returns the plan and renewal date. The validator does not receive scan results, extension inventory, browsing activity, or chat content.

Cloudflare provides the validation endpoint and Stripe provides billing and subscription records. Their systems may process request metadata under their respective privacy terms. Cyber Craft Solutions does not use the validation request for advertising or mailing-list enrollment.

Permissions Justification

The management permission reads installed-extension metadata and supports a user-initiated disable action. The storage permission keeps settings, reports, and activity on the device. The activeTab permission provides temporary context after the user opens the extension. AI Chat Shield does not disable or uninstall another extension without an explicit user action.

Data Deletion

Signing out of Pro removes locally stored Pro status. Uninstalling AI Chat Shield deletes its local scan data, settings, and activity history. Billing records retained by Stripe are governed by legal, accounting, and payment-processing requirements.

3. Websites & Web Services

Our websites and web-based tools:

• Do not use cookies for tracking purposes
• Do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily submit it (e.g., via a contact form)
• Do not sell or share any submitted information with third parties

If you submit information through a contact form, it is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary to do so.

4. SMS & Text Messages

If you receive a text message from Cyber Craft Solutions LLC:

What We Collect

• Your business phone number, collected via our web consent form or provided directly by the business owner

How We Use It

• To send a one-time informational message containing a link to a free website demo we've built for your business, along with pricing details
• To respond to any replies you send us

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to any third parties
• We do not send recurring automated messages
• We do not add you to any mailing list or campaign

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. Reply HELP for support. You may also email [email protected]. Once you opt out, you will not receive further messages.

5. Email Communications

If you receive an email from Cyber Craft Solutions LLC:

• Your email address was found via publicly available business listings
• We use it solely to send a one-time informational message about our services
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your email address
• You can opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us directly

6. Data Deletion

For apps: Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the application permanently deletes all associated data.

For communications: If you would like us to delete your contact information from our records, email us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products and services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Given our minimal-collection architecture, we do not collect data from anyone regardless of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
